Due to our limited class size all courses are non-refundable within 90 days of the course start date.

For any cancellations before 90 days, an 8% restocking fee will apply.

No filming or recording will be permitted during the course.

*Please note the Aspen airport occasionally closes for a week of maintenance in the month of May. If you are a part of the Spring course please be aware that you may need to utilize one of the other airports for the second weekend of your course. There is not currently a scheduled closure for Spring 2026.
